Rob Shuler

  • Rob was a Managing Partner at credit funds Petra Capital ($120M) and Altmore Capital ($200M), as well as Managing Partner at All-American Holdings and Dye Capital, family offices. Rob has been a panelist and speaker at multiple financial services conferences and has served as a board member across numerous private companies. He is the current Vice Chairman of Bloom MT and on the Board of Directors of Wild Energy. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and an MBA from Duke University

John Stein

  • John has been, since 2001, a founding principal of Fidelis Capital, an SEC registered investment advisor advising private investment funds making direct equity investments in private companies. In this capacity, he has served on the boards of numerous private companies. He also is a co-founder and the Chairman of IntraMicron, Inc. John served on the boards of Wise Metals Group from 2008 to 2014 and of Golden Enterprises from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, he served for over 20 years as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Raycom Media. John started his investment career at buyout fund Windward Capital ($875M). Following that, he was Managing Partner at Petra Capital ($120M). John received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, an MBA from Auburn University at Montgomery, and a BS in Business Administration from Auburn University.

  • Nathan started his career in investment banking at Moelis & Company in their New York office where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and restructuring advisory across numerous industries. More recently, he worked in private equity at Genstar Capital, a $50B AUM investment firm, where he was involved in investments across software, industrials, healthcare, and financial services. Nathan graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration.
